Puka Nacua Girlfriend: Rams Star Is Single After Messy Split From Hallie Aiono

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua is currently single. The 25-year-old Pro Bowler confirmed his relationship status in early 2026, telling the One Night with Steiny podcast, “I am currently single.”

Nacua has been linked to several celebrities in recent months, but he has described those encounters as platonic. He was spotted with actress Sydney Sweeney, comedian Hannah Stocking, wrestling star Charlotte Flair, influencer Sara Saffari, and social media personality Megan Eugenio. Nacua said he was “just trying to meet some new friends.”

Hallie Aiono: The Ex-Girlfriend and Mother of His Son

Nacua’s most significant public relationship was with Hallie Aiono, a social media content creator from Arizona. The two began dating in 2021 when Nacua was playing college football at Brigham Young University. Their relationship lasted approximately four years.

Aiono is a lifestyle influencer with nearly 40,000 followers on Instagram and more than 80,000 on TikTok. She grew up in a Polynesian family, with a mother who is American and a father who is half Samoan and half Maori. Before content creation, she worked as a dental assistant for about four years.

The Paternity Dispute

The couple broke up while Aiono was pregnant with their first child. In June 2025, Aiono filed a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court to confirm Nacua as the father of their unborn child, request full physical custody, and seek joint legal custody with visitation rights.

She later gave birth to their son, Kingston, in December 2025. Aiono shared photos of Nacua holding her hand and then the pair holding their son.

Aiono’s Abuse Allegations

In August 2026, Aiono posted a TikTok video describing her experience in the relationship. She did not name Nacua directly, but her four-year timeline aligned with their relationship.

“I went from loving somebody so deeply for four years, I felt it in my bones, to experiencing extreme betrayal, abuse, complete neglect from them, in what felt like it happened almost overnight,” Aiono said.

She continued: “A lot of the things that were public affected my mental health. But honestly, the things that were happening in private are what completely crushed me and altered my brain chemistry. Those parts, what people never saw, or know of, are what broke me.”

Aiono did not provide specific details about what she meant by abuse, and she did not make a formal accusation against Nacua in the video. She later deleted the video.

Nacua’s Birthday Message to Aiono

Just days after Aiono’s video circulated, Nacua posted a birthday tribute to her on Instagram. He shared a photo of the two of them sitting on the Rams’ practice field with their son.

“Happy birthday to Kingstons mom. Thank you for everything you have sacrificed and done for our son,” Nacua wrote.

Aiono’s Mental Health Journey

Aiono has spoken openly about her struggles. In July 2026, she accused ESPN’s Ryan Clark and his co-hosts on The Pivot podcast of nearly driving her to suicide with comments they made about her during the paternity dispute.

“While I was trying to figure out how I was going to bring my son into the world, three grown men decided to use my life as entertainment,” Aiono said. She described opening her phone at 3 a.m. to see the podcast and said, “I did not want to live anymore.”

Moving Forward

In September 2026, Aiono posted a TikTok caption that appeared to signal she was moving on: “A year older / Same friends / The cutest baby / Therapy / Hot pilates / New crush / Peace.” The “new crush” mention drew attention given the timing.

Nacua has also faced a separate civil lawsuit filed by Madison Atiabi, who alleges he assaulted her during a New Year’s Eve incident. Nacua’s attorney has denied the allegations, and the NFL’s review of the matter remains pending.
