Jason Kelce Wife: Who Is Kylie Kelce, the Podcaster and Mother of His Four Daughters?
· calvin
Jason Kelce’s wife is Kylie Kelce, a Pennsylvania native, former college field hockey player, and the host of the popular podcast Not Gonna Lie. The couple married in April 2018 and have four daughters together: Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett, and Finnley.
Kylie is far more than the spouse of a retired NFL star. She has built her own career as a media personality and philanthropist, becoming a prominent advocate for the Eagles Autism Foundation and a candid voice on motherhood and body positivity.
From Tinder Match to Marriage
Jason and Kylie met on the dating app Tinder in 2014. Kylie, who did not recognize Jason because his profile contained no football photos, made the first move with a series of cheeky pickup lines. Her most famous opener: “If I told you I work for UPS, would you let me handle your package?”
Their first date at Buffalo Billiards in Philadelphia became a story they now tell often. Jason got too drunk and fell asleep on the bar table 45 minutes after Kylie arrived. He was carried home by his teammate Beau Allen. Despite the disastrous start, Jason secured a second date, and the rest became history.
The couple made their relationship Instagram official in November 2015. They married on April 14, 2018, at the Logan Hotel in Philadelphia, just two months after Jason won Super Bowl LII with the Eagles. Their 120-pound Irish wolfhound, Winnie, attended as the flower girl.
A Growing Family of Six
Jason and Kylie are parents to four daughters. Wyatt Elizabeth was born on October 2, 2019. Elliotte Ray arrived on March 4, 2021. Bennett Llewellyn was born on February 23, 2023. Their youngest, Finnley Anne, was born on March 30, 2025.
Kylie has been refreshingly honest about the realities of raising four young girls. On her podcast, she has described herself as “not thriving, but surviving” in the chaos of motherhood. She has also spoken about the importance of modeling positive self-talk for her daughters, particularly around body image.
Kylie’s Own Career and Advocacy
Kylie launched her podcast Not Gonna Lie in December 2024. The show debuted at the top of the Spotify and Apple podcast charts and features candid conversations about parenting, social media, and women in sports.
Her philanthropic work is centered on the Eagles Autism Foundation, where she serves as an ambassador and event consultant. She has helped raise millions for autism research and care, including a record-breaking $1.26 million at the 2025 Team 62 fundraiser in Sea Isle City. In total, the Eagles Autism Foundation has raised more than $50 million for autism research and care.
Kylie is also an advocate for girls in sports and body confidence. She has partnered with Dove on campaigns aimed at keeping girls involved in athletics, drawing on her own experience as a 5-foot-10 high school athlete who often felt out of place.
A Shared Journey Through Loss
Jason and Kylie have also spoken publicly about a painful chapter in their marriage: a miscarriage they experienced in 2018, before the birth of their first daughter.
At the March of Dimes Sports Luncheon in December 2025, Jason recounted learning of the loss while at practice. “I remember going out to my truck in the middle of practice and meetings, overcome with grief and emotion,” he said. He credited coaches, teammates, and friends with helping him through the moment, noting how many people shared similar experiences.
Kylie addressed the loss on her podcast, reflecting on how often it takes a personal loss for people to open up about their own. “It’s curious how sometimes it takes experiencing a loss for people to open up and talk about theirs,” she said.
What’s Next
Jason retired from the NFL in March 2024 after 13 seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles. He now co-hosts the New Heights podcast with his brother Travis Kelce and remains active in charitable work through his foundation (Be)Philly.
Kylie continues to host Not Gonna Lie and remains deeply involved with the Eagles Autism Foundation. She was named to Sports Illustrated’s list of the 50 Most Influential Figures in Sports in 2025. The couple lives in the Philadelphia area with their four daughters.
